In March 2000, XIAJIN MACHINERY was established in the beautiful city of Xiamen. Led by General Manager Shen Guangwei, a small team began the research, development, and production of loaders in a rudimentary workshop, driven by self-reliance, courage, and ingenuity. Over the next 10 years, the company grew from nothing to obtaining a Class A manufacturing license, from a blank market to securing the right to self-operate product exports, and from an unknown small business to being recognized as one of Xiamen's Top 100 Growing Enterprises. The company also evolved from a technical novice to being designated as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
The Innovation Journey and Technological Advancements in Foklift Loaders from 2010 to 2019
XIAJIN MACHINERY has been a pioneer and leader in the innovation of loader technology, shouldering the responsibility of setting industry benchmarks. From the production of the first large-tonnage loader (XJ968-25) in 2010 to the global launch of the first large loader (XJ998-52E) in 2010, XIAJIN's large-tonnage loader technology has consistently maintained a leading position in the industry.
The XJ998-52E loader is a specialized machine designed for handling large-tonnage block materials. When the forks are on the ground, the maximum lifting force to lift heavy goods reaches 109 tons. Under a full load of 52 tons, it can achieve a climbing force of 35% (19.233 degrees).
Equipped with XIAJIN's independently invented hydraulic wet bridge and high-power torque converter, the machine can safely brake and start on a 35% slope under full load conditions of 109 tons. The innovative technology of the machine was appraised by the Expert Committee of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association as "reaching international advanced levels in key technical indicators."

2020-Present: Path of Endeavor and Technical Extension of Container Rotating loader
With the successful application of the world's first 52-ton load capacity forklift loader in the stone mine industry, the national standard for forklifts, led by XIAJIN, has officially been implemented, securing international discourse power for China's forklift industry. We have ushered in a "golden decade" of high-quality development for forklift loader products. Meanwhile, the relentless strivers, while staying true to their heart, have also set their sights on broader markets.
Driven by national policies promoting bulk-to-container conversion and intermodal transport, 35ton railway container transportation has gradually become the primary mode for bulk cargo logistics. Among these, the "last-mile unloading challenges" have emerged as a critical pain point. XIAJIN MACHINERY leveraged the technical characteristics of large forklifts and the operational features of unloading bulk cargo containers. After years of technical reserchment, they successfully extended the application of the 52-ton forklift: the "Container Rotating Unloader (XJ998RM)" was developed based on the ultra-heavy forklift platform.
The Container Rotating Unloader (XJ998RM) aligns with the national integrated transportation system's requirements for container intermodal transport restructuring, environmental protection policies, and meets the needs for containerl load and unload of bulk cargo in maritime, railway, and highway segments. It provides an efficient, safe, low-cost, environmentally friendly, and resource-saving comprehensive solution for bulk cargo logistics, thermal power, metallurgy, grain, and other industries, as well as for urban subway construction waste load and unload operations. It features a patented container rotating unloading device, enabling 20ft container load and unload with a load capacity of 40t and 360° controllable rotation, achieving efficient load and unload of bulk materials.
The product has been granted one invention patent and multiple utility model patents. After appraisal by the Expert Committee of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, the "XJ998RM Container Rotating Unloader" project was concluded to have "main technical indicators reaching international advanced levels." The container rotating machine was recognized as China's first domestically developed major technological equipment! It has strategic and profound implications for intermodal transport and has made immeasurable contributions to society.
